The regional judging took place at Abergavenny Food Festival and the lovely Valentina Harris had this to say...."I am still smitten by the perfection of The Preservation Society’s Blissfully Blackcurrant Sirop – the poshest Ribena you’ll ever sip."

Our friend Andy Stoneley has created an incredible recipe with our Blissfully Blackcurrant Sirop, see the photo postcard for some decadent inspiration on an grown up Ribena. It's also great with pan fried duck and crunchy salad, rippled through ice cream tor just add to a glass of prosecco.
Ingredients: Whole Blackcurrants 42%, local Three Saints cider vinegar 26%, sugar and time - the fruit is steeped for a week before hand pressing, cooking & bottling.
Allergen Advice: All of our delicious products are produced in a kitchen where we use nuts, dairy, gluten and mustards.
