Our Ravishingly Raspberry Preserve is a delight on hot buttered toast, incredible over vanilla ice cream, fabulous in a frangipane tart, brilliant in a Baked Alaska, great in a Victoria Sponge for a Vintage Afternoon Tea - it is possible we love it too much......x
Made with lovely whole raspberries, slowly cooked with lemon juice and sugar before hand filling, lidding and labelling...we don't have machines x
Ingredients: Whole Raspberries, sugar and lemon juice. Prepared with 56g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content is 64g per 100g.
Produced in a kitchen where nuts & mustard are used.
