We love Membrillo, our Spanish style fruit paste made with local "SwapCropped" quince and apple. from Sheila, Judith and Mr Curtis's gardens. It's incredible on a cheeseboard with Manchego, local Angiddy and blue cheese, perfect with pork and great in gravy too.
Previously only made for our restaurant customers, now in perfect jars for you to enjoy at home.
Ingredients: Swap Cropped Quince and apple (49%), sugar and fresh lemons. Sugar content approx 63%. .
Allergen Advice: All of our delicious products are produced in a kitchen where we use nuts, dairy, gluten and mustards.
