Our Hot Sauce Chilli Course celebrates the chilli!
We've amended this course slightly as everyone wants to make Candied Jalapenos, we'll look at interesting additions, chilli oil and maybe a fresh chilli sauce too.
This course will give you all the skills you need to confidently spice up your life and you'll have jars to take home!
9:30-12pm
We'll have Tea & coffee on arrival and provide all of the equipment and aprons, bring a bag to carry things home and your wellies if you'd like to meet the donkeys - don't bring them any food!

She has spent time with Christine Ferber, the greatest jam maker in the world and has run preserving courses in Cameroon and her local prison.
