Earlier this week BBC Wales Today covered the story of the brilliant Velindre Cook Book, food memories that make you smile. The brain child of the fabulous Ceri Harris BEM. We talk about jam, breast cancer and taste with the lovely Rhiannon Wilkins and highlight the joy that comes from sharing food with the ones you love.
