A great gift for you or someone you love - If you're passionate about preserves, curious about chutney, have been meaning to make marmalade or on the hunt for something hot then join us for a day of preserving and we'll help you create deliciousness in our working kitchen in Chepstow.
If you grow your own and have a freezer full of this years glut, a passion to make something unique, or are just plain curious - all are very welcome, you choose what you want to make.
As a group of 6, you will all make and take home your own preserves to impress friends and family.
We'll have tea & coffee on arrival and a light lunch (local bread, cheeses & scones ) that we'll add to with your own made chutneys and preserves.

Angharad is a multi award winning preserver, with bags of enthusiasm and a willingness to share her knowledge and spread the jam love. She has spent time with Christine Ferber, the greatest jam maker in the world and ran preserving courses in Cameroon earlier this year.
